Shur-Gain Fish Feed Rations

The Signature and Signature Plus lines of salmon and trout rations now highlight the Shur-Gain fish feed line-up. These feeds are designed to make the use of the latest extrusion procedures to provide optimum nutrition to the fish.

The Signature lines of salmon and trout rations offer higher protein levels in the smaller sizes for the younger fish with a gradual progression to higher energy levels in the larger sized pellets. This system more closely follows the nutritional requirements of the fish during the growing period from 50 grams to 5 kilograms.

The new Signature line of Shur-Gain salmon and trout rations address the changing, requirements of the fin fish aquaculture industry. These lines offer higher energy rations produced through extrusion technology, and Shur-Gain’s own specially designed fat coating system. The rations are designed to promote faster fish growth and to use less feed in the production of each kilogram of fish marketed. The end results are more economical programs for use in fin fish aquaculture.
